8/29: Rest/Recovery Day- Optional Stretching/Yoga 8:00-8:30am in weight room

Monday, 9/1: Holiday
Tuesday, 9/2: 7:30-8:40am
Wednesday, 9/3: 7:30-8:40am (Milburn Qualifier)
Thursday, 9/4: 7:30-8:40am (Meet at CPHS at 7:15am)
Friday 9/5: 8:00-8:30 (Optional Yoga and Stretching in small gym)
Week 3
9/8: Meet Day at CPHS, No practice (Non-qualifiers will run on your own)
9/9: 4:30-5:30pm (Off campus run)
9/10: Rest Day
9/11: 7:30-8:40am (Qualifier, going to Milburn)
9/12: 7:30-8:40am (Pacing day, Long run)
Week 4
9/15: Meet at CPHS
9/16: 4:30-5:30pm
9/17: Rest and Recovery Day
9/18: 7:30-8:40am, off campus qualifying run
9/19: Practice canceled, REST, Stretch, and Hydrate.
Week 5
9/22: No School/Staff Development
9/23: 7:30-8:40am practice, speed work on track
9/24: 4:30-5:30pm practice, off campus run
9/25: Meet Day @ Stiles
9/26: 8:00-8:30am, Optional Yoga and Stretching
Week 6:
9/29: Meet @ Four Points MS
9/30: 4:30-5:30pm, off campus run
10/1: 7:30-8:40am, Last Qualifier Run for District Meet
10/2: Rest and Recovery Day
10/3: 7:30-8:40am, Speed Work on the track
Week 7:
Monday, 10/6: District Meet at Vista Ridge High School
Friday, 10/10: Team pictures 8:00am
