The CPHS Webstore can be found on the CPHS website at the top right under "Resources"
Please be aware that the webstore vendor does charge a transaction fee.
Platform Fee:
Item fee + $0.40 and 4.45%
If item is taxable, it will be added at checkout.
EX: For a charge of $50.00, the transaction fee is $2.625, so $47.37 will be deposited to your club/class account. If you need $50.00 to be deposited in to your club/class account, you will need to charge $53.00 (amount needed: $52.75 rounded to whole number).
Please contact if you have any questions on how much to charge or how to calculate the fee.
· When you fill out the description/instructions for the item be sure to look at what you are selling through the purchaser’s eyes. What information do they need to know?
· Make sure the Item Price covers the cost of the product and the platform fee. Your price on the Online Store must be the same as the cash pay price. Charged prices must be whole numbers.
· Tax-Included or Tax-Exempt – If your item is taxable, please mark Taxable Item. If you are using the Tax-Free Exemption Day, please note Exemption Used. If you have questions on whether the item is taxable or not, please contact the bookkeeper.
· You are able to upload an image or a form for your item. Your image can be a picture or clip art to represent your item. If you don’t have anything, we can provide an icon.
· The Start and End dates must be within this school year. District will only approve fundraisers for this school year. After that date they will start approving fundraisers for the next school year.
· Collecting information from the Purchaser – Think about what information you would need from the Purchaser in order to complete the sale. Usually the Student Name and ID # are good just in case we have more than one John Smith. A phone # or email is also good in case you need to contact the purchaser to complete the sale.
· If you have time-sensitive sales such as Musical Tickets or Prom Tickets, you may request to have an update of your sales more than once a month.
If you are charging more than the cost, it is a fundraiser, and a fundraiser request must be before an item can be added to the webstore or a deposit can be accepted.
