The most important rules to remember:

• CPHS is tax exempt. Please DO NOT PAY SALES TAX on Pro-Card or Amazon purchases.

• Please do NOT sign any contracts.

• Gift cards are NOT allowed to be purchased.

• Any money raising activities or collection of items need to be on a Fundraiser Permission Request and approved before starting.

• Any money collected from students needs to be receipted on a Tabulation of Monies form or receipt book.

• Grants need to be pre-approved by our CFO Paul Pape before applying for a grant.
