Read and Write for Google Chrome is an extension for the Google Chrome browser that allows you to listen to text to speech, read texts on web sites, listen to dictionary definitions, view a picture dictionary, find facts, highlight text, and more.

OrbitNote

OrbitNote allows for PDFs to be read-aloud, annotated, screen masked, and more. OrbitNote is integrated into Schoology Assignments where you can upload PDFs from your Google Drive for students to edit. If a PDF is not able to be read aloud, teachers can use Adobe Acrobat for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to enable read-aloud technology. Instructions to OCR a document are below.
