Run Club
Hello Puma Families!
Run Club is up and RUNNING again for grades K-5! We missed everyone and cannot wait to get off to a RUNNING start :) Run Club will take place virtually this year. Sessions will not be live, although we may pop up for a live session here or there to lead some cardiovascular activities!
Run club will take place Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45 - 8:05. This time is a SUGGESTED time as it may not be suitable for some families’ schedules. The idea behind this is to help your children make time for exercise. Students will log how many minutes a week they perform a cardiovascular activity (see video for alternatives to running). Minutes will be logged into a Run CLUB course in Schoology (info to follow).
Run Club will start the first day of school which is Sept. 8th. Students may sign up anytime throughout the year, however, if you complete the Run Club Sign Up by Sept. 1st, look out for a SURPRISE in your school supplies pick up next week!
We look forward to an exciting new year with our Puma Families!

Sincerely,
Ms. Causey, Mrs. Hallet, and Mr. Holland
