Ken Terry
Ken is a real estate professional with over 25 years of experience focused primarily on commercial construction operations and pre-construction services in the Mid-Atlantic region. His experience spans many project/building types, including high-rise multi-family, core & shell office buildings, mission critical facilities, detention/mental health facilities, historic renovations as well as several prominent national monuments and memorials. Notable projects include the Ronald Reagan Building, the National World War II Memorial, St. Elizabeth’s Mental Hospital, the National Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial, and the Washington Monument Earthquake Damage Repair Project.
Ken attended Virginia Tech, graduating with a BS in Civil Engineering and an MBA. He has worked with Grunley Construction as the Vice President of Operations for the past 10 years. Prior to working at Grunley, he was with Turner Construction for 17 years.
