Dawn’s love of color and design comes from earning her Bachelor of Science from WVU in Fashion Merchandising/Textiles where she utilized her creative skills pairing prints and color to dress the professional businessman and businesswoman. Dawn has 20+ years in managing high volume retail stores from Brooks Brothers to J Crew and learned the art of selling, merchandising, and how to treat clients. The most rewarding was seeing how a front window/feature wall would come to life after it was styled. She started styling her own home as well as her friends and family. Dawn soon realized her passion for design was clear and she went on to earn her certification in Interior decorating and started Dawn Earles Design LLC.

In keeping with her Entrepreneurial spirit, Renovate Ready on FB was formed out of a need to have conversations around design tips, knowledge-based information of products, inspiration, and locating a licensed/insured trade professional. Renovate Ready is a regional FB platform where we cover VA, MD, DC and WV. Renovate Ready is an active group comprised of 12k+ homeowners and businesses. Each trade pro is licensed, insured, vetted and required to provide proof of documents to join. Last year, RR generated over $2.0mil in revenue for those paid businesses.
