Erik Major

Erik Major graduated from Broad Run High School, right here in Loudoun County. He attended West Virginia University, graduating with a degree in Business Administration-Human Resource Management. Throughout his life, Mr. Major has been worked as not only as a head lifeguard, but swim instructor, swim team coach, management associate, and regional director overseeing 20 pools.

Since 2009, Mr. Major has been working for HB Home Services as a Sales Associate, and most recently as the Director of Exterior Renovations. As director, he develops business plans that cover sales, revenue and expense controls. He utilizes his business degree in HR to help develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
