You will receive an invoice following your registration with a square link. You are not fully registered until payment is received.

How do I register?
- You will need to fill out an entry form. Registrations will be accepted until the deadline.
- All entries are non-refundable, so please check your schedules and make sure that you have enough people to participate.
- Please read the expectations prior to registering.
- All payments must be made prior to the parade.

2. In case of bad weather, is the parade canceled?

3. I have participated before. Do I still have to register?

Yes; all participants must register prior to the deadline. This is non-negotiable. If you do not register and pay your fee, you will forfeit your spot.

4. Where is parking for the event?

Please ask your group to carpool as much as possible. Only parade floats and vehicles in the parade will be allowed in Mineral Baptist Church lot. Everyone else must park on a side street (not 522) or Walton Park and ride the School Bus Shuttles to Mineral Farmer's Market for staging.

5. What streets will be closed the day of the parade?

6. What time does the road close? What time should my group be ready?

The road will close for the parade at 5:55 p.m. Please make sure that your group has arrived no later than 5:30.

7. How many chaperones will I need?

At least two: one for your float/vehicle and one to stand with your group in Mineral Farmer's Market Field.
Parents dropping off like to see a familiar face. Please guarantee that you can have at least one chaperone to welcome your participants at the Mineral Farmer's Market field.

8. How will I find out if I won?

Winners will be announced at the Homecoming Football game on Friday night in The Jungle in each of the following categories:
- - Best Appearing Emergency Services
  - Best Appearing Marching Unit
  - Best Appearing LCHS
  - Best Appearing Vehicle
  - Best Appearing Non-commercial
  - Best Appearing Commercial
  - Best Appearing LCPS
  - Best Appearing Queen
  - Best Appearing Mascot
  - Best Appearing Mounted Group
Awards will also be mailed home to the point of contact filled out in the registration form if people cannot be present.
