Fan Art Submission Guidelines

For all you promising anime artists, now's your chance to get widespread exposure for your artistic expression. Scan or take a snapshot of your work and send to either Mr. Simonton or Ms. Bellot. Or, if you prefer, submit your work directly to Mr. Simonton or Ms. Bellot and we will scan the image and return your original work to you. You may submit as many of your works as you like. You need not be a student at Washington MS. All are welcomed to make submissions. If you submit quite a few, we can provide you with your own portfolio to digitally store your artworks. Please limit your submissions to those artworks dealing with the anime/manga genre.

Make sure you include the following information:

1. Your name: (We will only publish your first name)

2. School (if not from Washington MS)

3. Grade level

4. What is the image or character you are presenting. (Character(s) and Anime show)

5. What were the materials used. (Pencils, markers, pens, colored pencils, charcoals, chalks, paints, CGI etc.)

Keep in mind that either Mr. Simonton or Mr. Valle is the final authority and judge as to whether or not the artwork is appropriate to post on this site. If we receive a sufficient amount of submissions, we can conduct a poll at the end of the year to allow students to determine which are the best works of art and present prizes to the winners as well as having the winning submissions turned into button badges for the club.

Send your submissions to the following emails. Just copy and paste the addresses below into your preferred email service
