Restorative Justice practices involve  those who have are involved in a conflict to work as a community to  identify and address the harm, the needs and obligations, in order to heal and put things as right as possible.

A big part of Restorative Practice is building community! One way that way build community is by using circles, to make connections with others, repair harm done in the community or to have a discussion in a way that ensures that everyone has an opportunity for their voice to be heard.
