I have grown up in Long Beach schools all my life, and I know firsthand, how amazing this district is.  Being able to develop my career in the city I love, has been such a great journey.  This is my 16th year teaching math, with the last 7 at Jordan High School.  In addition to teaching Algebra 2 and Geometry this year, I am the Math Department's Co-Chair.  

As one of the ACE Math teachers, I get to work with students from grades 9th - 12th, as they gain knowledge and experience in Advanced Manufacturing, Construction and Engineering courses.  By teaching math, our Jordan students will receive the necessary foundational pieces to support them as they thrive under the umbrella of ACE.  I work with our CTE teachers, as well as other departments, to provide life-learning experiences that is relevant in the real world.
