Child and Family Development Consultants (CFDC) collaborate with Social Work Technicians to support FSSTT initiatives. They partner with school teams to provide professional development, enhancing educators' understanding of child social and emotional development in school and family contexts.

Youth Outreach Consultant
Youth Outreach Consultant support students at risk of dropping out or truancy. Their purpose is to increase graduation rates and ensure successful transitions by providing direct support to students and families, facilitating educational transitions, and collaborating with community and health services. They focus on students identified as at risk of dropping out or having irregular attendance.
CFDCs also work closely with school administrators and staff, facilitating connections with CIUSSS, hospitals, and community partners.
