As a support to all Lester B. Pearson schools, the FSSTT strives to develop trusting relationships between staff, students and their families. Consultation among school professionals and educators, as well as ongoing professional development in mental health and social & emotional learning, are key aspects of the team's work.
History
History
Founded in 1995, the FSSTT addresses the needs of students facing behavioral and social-emotional challenges. We are dedicated advocates for children and their families, ensuring that every child has a caring adult to support them.

Mission Statement
The team fosters trust among FSSTT staff, students, and families, focusing on capacity building. Key efforts include educator consultation and ongoing professional development in mental health and social-emotional learning.
