The cell service provided by Verizon has been upgraded at the Lab.
CLEANING
Custodians will continue to provide frequent cleaning.
Cleaning services for areas that have been unused are available by request.

ERGONOMICS
There are several resources that can assist you in keeping ergonomically safe whether working at the Lab or away from the Lab.
FACILITIES WORK ORDERS
The Work Request Center can assist you in any work needs in or around Lab buildings.
FOOD & DRINK
Food trucks are providing food service since the cafeteria is permanently closed.
Food trucks are located in the parking lot outside Building 91, IGB, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Vending machines are located in many Lab buildings on the hill site.
HEALTH SERVICES
Health Services is open M-F from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call 510-486-6266 for an appointment.
Face covers are required inside Health Services in Building 26 per state guidelines.
HEALTHY & WELL
The Lab provides resources to foster health and wellness in your life - both at work and at home.
IT WORK STATION SUPPORT
There are several ways to reach IT Desktop Support. IT specialists are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Virtual onboarding will continue for all new employees.
ON-SITE MEETINGS
On-site meetings are allowed at the Lab but recommended practices should be followed to minimize the risk. Requirements for meetings indoors or outdoors vary slightly. There are best practices that minimize the risk of gathering. Use larger rooms with ample ventilation, and keep doors and windows open if possible.
If you are following Protocol A, wear a mask when meeting indoors. A mask is optional outdoors.
If you are following Protocol B, wear a mask when meeting indoors; if meeting outdoors wear a mask or stay 6 feet from others.
OUTDOOR SEATING
There are many outdoor locations to enjoy breaks and meal time.
SALVAGE
Salvage services are available. If you have something for salvage, contact Todd Anderson for assistance.

The site map is interactive and has several layers, including buildings, roads, parking, user facilities, history, and tours.
TRAVEL, BUSINESS
All international travel needs to be approved by the DOE.
Domestic travel needs the approval of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Michael Brandt. If you are planning travel. Please ensure you have all approvals before requesting domestic travel permission from the COO office:
WASTE SORTING
One of the Lab's sustainability goals is diverting at least 90% of solid waste from landfills to recycling or composting. Your actions are critical to the Lab's efforts. When people sort at waste sorting stations, waste diversion increases from 15% to 68%. Be part of the solution and bring your personal trash to a waste sorting station nearest you.
