Genome Browser. Browse all public genomes and your own private genomes (private genomes are in MER only) in table display or tree display.

Genome Search. This is the new Genome Search and replacing the old original search. Search genomes of interest in the IMG database. Search can be based on keyword or by constructing an advanced query. Metadata is from GOLD.

Scaffold Search. Search scaffolds/contigs based on scaffold IDs, names, or statistics.

Bin Search. Search bins of interest in the IMG database. Search can be based on keyword or by constructing an advanced query. Metadata is from GOLD.

Metagenome Bins. Genome bins generated from public metagenomes can now be accessed directly under the "Find Genomes" tab.

Workspace. Users can store their datasets in workspace to load into analysis carts or for future analysis. Workspace Genome Sets, Statistical Analysis Tool. Scaffold Sets, Function Sets, Gene Sets. Only in IMG/MER list of all your submitted jobs. Public Scaffolds / Bins List. Genome Search History. Gene Search History. Scaffold Search History. Bin Search History.

Cassette Search

Function Search. Find functions in selected genomes based on keyword.

Gene Search, Search genes of interest based on IDs, names, locus tags, etc.

Pathway Search. Search IMG, KEGG, MetaCyc and/or MPW pathways based on enzyme EC or keyword.

Genome Selection Filter. Can be found in pages of Gene Search, Blast, Find Functions --> Keyword Search, Function Alignment Search, and many other areas.
