Experiment Data Depot (EDD)

The Experiment Data Depot (EDD) is an interactive online open-source tool that serves as a repository of experimental data.

Linked with ICE, EDD provides a standardized description of experiments: from the strains and plasmids involved, to the protocols used, the experimental design for sampling, and the data extracted.

Inventory of Composable Elements (ICE)

ICE is an open source repository platform for managing information about DNA parts and plasmids, proteins, microbial host strains, and plant seeds.
