Data Conversion and Analysis
The data conversion and analysis pipeline aims to streamline data transfer from analytical instruments to an Experiment Data Depot (EDD) platform. Another goal of the pipeline is to rapidly calculate and assess the repeatability and precision of the experiment data.
General Applications are simple yet robust methods that are easily modifiable without having to save a new method after every run.
These methods are located on the Biomek FX and NX-S8.
