Connecting instrument data to EDD jupyter notebook supports transfer of high-quality data for Learn activities and Basic Stats and Graphs Tool (jupyter notebook) that calculate the reproducibility and accuracy of the data in the EDD will provide rapid assessment of data quality to aid efforts across JBEI and the ABF. The information from the notebooks will help the Test team assess the success of their assays and help the Learn team prioritize which datasets to use for subsequent DBTL cycles. It will also help individual researchers identify problems in their experiment or workflow. When combined, this set of tools can effectively store, visualize, and leverage synthetic biology data to enable predictive bioengineering and effective actionable items for the next DBTL cycle.
