We are a 501c3 non profit organization, more than just a soccer league.
We provide community events and education, promoting holistic health within the queer and trans community.
Board Members are expected to contribute toward the following governance processes:
Legal Compliance. Ensure the organization complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Financial Health. Oversee the organization's overall financial health, including approving annual budgets and monitoring financial performance.
Operational Policies. Establish policies and procedures that guide the organization's operations and decision-making processes.
We are a non-hierarchical organization, though we acknowledge that informal hierarchies emerge in our work, and we aim to identify and address them by different means, including formalization, delegation, and in person communication.
Decision-Making: The leadership board uses a modified consensus decision-making model. If a consensus cannot be reached under this model, the board may use a quorum (majority vote).
