Mrs. Oshiro's ETK class has been learning about Computer Science by doing Unplugged lessons like Dance Party and Loops. Once they understood the main concepts of an Event and Sequences, the ETK students learned how to program Mouse Go Robots to do physical computing. With the tutoring of 4th and 5th grade students, small groups of ETK students learned to code by placing command cards and then programming the Mouse Go to move in a grid and then solve puzzles requiring both creativity and computational thinking.
