Week of 3/18 - 3/22

March 21, 2024

Dear Parents,

Yesterday I sent home an orange slip of paper showing the remaining points needed to be earned by your child in order to meet the next AR goal.  Please make sure this slip is signed and returned by tomorrow.  Thank you if you have already done so.   Due to the fact that students will not have access to taking tests on the AR system during next week's break, I have moved the upcoming due date from April 2nd to April 9th.  Please keep your child reading books within his/her range during the break.  When we all return on April 2nd, AR testing is able to resume.

On another note, NO Corrected Work Envelopes will come home today.  However, I am sending home a pile of your child's signed work from the last reporting period, as well as the signed report card.  Please keep these items at home. If you have not yet let me know that you've seen your child's report card, please email me and let me know you've looked at it.

I want to wish you a safe, healthy, and happy Spring Break.  I hope you and your family find some time to relax and enjoy each other and the warm weather.

Sincerely,

Mrs. McLoud
