If you are receiving Employment Insurance, you must include this data in your Better Jobs Ontario application. You must proivide your benefit rate, start and end date and the end date of the claim, as well as the total weeks of regular entitlement and number of weeks received.
Activity #1: Determine your Employment Insurance Status (if applicable)
Donwload and complete the Service Canada Employment Insurance Status Form. This information will be included with your Better Jobs Ontario Application so upload it to your Better Jobs Ontario Folder.
There are two way to obtain this information:
Go to your local Service Canada branch and request a print out
