Wellbeing Support
You may not be in the academy but your welfare is our key priority. You will find a whole section of resources and guidance in our Home Learning Guide for Families if you are finding yourself feeling anxious or upset due to your current circumstances at home.
If you feel you need to speak to someone you can fill in our Pupil Wellbeing Contact Form and someone one from our safeguarding team will be in touch.
Mental Health and Safer Internet Use
Mr Carey has provided the following links to support you with well-being and online safety.
In our current climate, this may be more pertinent than ever. Please see the following links where you can find support.
Peer Support
Why not embrace the idea of supporting one another through messaging in the style of a 'Pen Pal'! In your google classroom pose the idea of supporting one another with this and prompts such as:
How are you coping?
What have you been doing?
Tell them what you have been doing
Share some tips of how you've been coping
One thing that you've found funny this week
Wellbeing Practices
The attached PDF comes from our one of our well-being team Mrs Kaur. It gives you some tips on some well-being practices that will help you strive for a better day!
Have a look at this bulletin which is full of resources that contain links and advice for Children and Young People in Medway.
