Please come to the Counseling Center to get a paper permission slip.
Your parent or guardian must sign the slip.
The permission slip is due back to your counselor by Monday, January 5, 2026.
Please fill out this CTE Visitation Form to indicate which 2 programs you are interested in visiting during our CTE Field Trip.
This Google Form is due by December 12 if you want to attend the Field Trip.
