When you log into Common App, on each SUNY campus page, a question reads, “It is free application week with The State University of New York through November 3. Would you like SUNY to pay your application fee?” When you select “Yes,” your fee will be waived. You will need to do this for every campus you wish you apply to.

Using the Common App: On UAlbany's campus page, a question reads, “Have you been selected for a UAlbany application fee waiver?” select from the drop-down menu “Free Application 2026,” and your fee will be waived.
