PTA AGM
This week, we held our PTA Annual General Meeting - thank you to those parents and carers who attended in support of forming a new committee to drive our PTA forwards. I am delighted to announce the election of the following parents to committee positions:
Chairperson Mrs Amy Vanns
Vice Chairperson Mrs Hayley Sparham
Secretary Mrs Anca Olaru
The minutes from the AGM will be shared in due course. In the meantime, we can't wait to see what ideas our new PTA team have for events and activities for the children of Langley Park Primary Academy!
Family Bingo Event
We are thrilled to be holding a family bingo night on Thursday 9th February. This will be taking place in the main academy hall and is open to both the school and wider community so please do consider come along.
The event begins at 5.00pm and entry is just £3 per adult, £1 per child and under 4's are free of charge. Entry must be paid in advance via My Child at School/Products, or in cash via the academy office. The entry fee includes hot food and this will be a hotdog (meat or vegetarian) and chips/wedges, with food being served at around 6.00pm. If you would like to come along, please be sure to complete the Google form below to inform us of your food choice(s) and any dietary requirements you, or anyone in your party, may have.

Multiple rounds of bingo will be played during the event, and you can purchase as many game strips as you like in each round played. Game strips will cost £1 each and there will be a range of prizes on offer, including at least one big cash prize!
Please do come along and support this event with your children and families. It promises to be a really fun evening!
