Hello parents and welcome to LPS PP Online Learning!

Pre-primary Online Learning will be primarily conducted through Class Dojo. This year our Pre-primary team consists of four teachers – Hannah Kelly, Dwan Wilson, Melissa Bonanno and Rachel Starkie (K/PP).

Below is some information on how online learning will look for Pre-primary as we navigate through the year.

An overview of online learning for PP:

• Parents will need to ‘check in’ via Dojo each morning by ‘liking’ our daily roll call/attendance post.

• We understand that learning from home can be tricky with young children, so our curriculum grids are created with the intention of being parent and child friendly. You will need to choose any two activities from the grid per day to complete.

• For some grid activities you will need to use resources provided in the clear sleeve take-home pack that came home earlier in the term.

• For some activities, we have asked you to send a picture through to your classroom teacher. This can be done through your child’s Class Dojo Portfolio. Instructions on how to toggle between your ‘parent’ and ‘child’ Dojo accounts are included in your clear sleeve take-home pack.

Additional online activities:

Mathletics: your child’s Mathletics log in was sent home earlier in the term. Please contact your child’s classroom teacher if you need your log in details again, or if you need any tasks re-assigned to complete again.
