Symphonic Band

The Symphonic Band was established in 2001 following the endowment of the Quality Education Fund. It has around 60 regular members from Form 1 to Form 5. Through band practices, our members have developed a strong sense of teamwork to strive for excellence and achievements.

Thanks to the inspiration and continuous cultivation from our conductor, Mr. CHIU Kai Keung, the Band has grown over the past years, receiving numerous accolades for its performances in various inter-school music arenas.

The Band was named the Grand Champion of Secondary School Classes and received the Tom Lee Cup twice in 2018 and 2022 as a finalist and Gold Award winner (Intermediate Class) in Hong Kong Youth Music Interflows. In 2017, our Symphonic Band came first in the Intermediate Class Contest in the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival.
