This week in science, students completed their last chemistry demonstration task-- they did really well! They used M&Ms to represent the atoms in a chemical reaction and showed that during a chemical reaction, the number of atoms stays the same. They just get rearranged. Now students are diving into the science of waves. They've been working on identifying some new vocabulary terms such as amplitude, frequency, and wavelength. Next week, we'll be working on having them apply these words to some real-life waves.
