Physical Education is a required 1/2 credit course. High School Activities: Along with playing various team sports, emphasis is placed on lifetime sports such as tennis, badminton, weight training, table tennis, dance, orienteering, archery, golf, physical conditioning and ultimate frisbee. Middle School Activities: Emphasis is placed on team sports such as soccer, football, basketball, volleyball, team handball, softball and lacrosse.

Areas of study include: Human Growth and Development, Emotional Health, Nutrition, Environmental Health, Family Life, Diseases and Disorders, Consumer Health, Drug Awareness, Safety, and First Aid, Community Health and Parenting. Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome instruction includes age appropriate instruction regarding the nature of the disease, methods of transmission, and methods of prevention.
