General Course Information
In this edition of Glencoe Pre-Algebra, students are challenged to develop 21st century skills such as critical thinking and creative problem solving. Students will study concepts in the following units: Rational Numbers and Equations, Proportions and Similarity, Linear and Nonlinear Equations, Two and Three-Dimensional Space, and Data Sets.
Performance Expectations
Students’ achievement in the course will be evaluated through daily learning acitivites including assignments, chapter quizzes & tests, and comprehensive trimester exams. Each student should bring a pencil, calculator, note taking guide, homework workbook, and their Chromebook to class each day.
