This year, the End-of-Year (EOY) survey (16 questions + demographics) will be administered at the same time as the SQS. The EOY survey is similar to the Return to Learn survey that was administered in October 2020 and will ask parents questions about transitions, support, communication, their child’s social-emotional well-being, academics, and health and safety.

This year, both the parent letter and the survey instrument will be publicly available and translated into 14 languages. (In early April, the website will be set up and translations will be available at http://arch.k12.hi.us/reports/sqs.)
