Thank you all for your hard work on the long trip to Japan.
Orientations will finally begin from 2nd September.
Please be sure to check the orientation schedule attached.

Notes regarding Lunch on September 2nd
①A meal vaucher for 500 yen will be issued on 2nd September.
②No halal or vegetarian meal will not be served on that day.
Please prepare your own meals if you wish.
※During the class term, halal meal is served in SHOKU-JIN.

▶Submission new
If you are from areas of “Blue” category, book your flight to arrive at Narita International Airport on 8/31 or 9/1. (if you arrive on Sep.1st, arrive at the airport by 9:00AM)
If you are from areas of “Yellow” category and haven’t received the designated vaccines, arrive on 8/24 as you need to quarantine for 7 days upon entry.
After booking tickets, submit the e-ticket receipt or other ticket image data to the university.
