Willow Creek Open Door Teen Clinic

Open Door Community Health Center in Willow Creek provides free and confidential sexual health care and education for teens.

The Teen Clinic is offering walk-in visits on Mondays from 4 - 6 pm. Clinics provide birth control, sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment, emergency contraception, pregnancy testing, and sexual health education.

Open Door Teen Clinic

Open Door Teen Clinics provides free, confidential health care and education, and counseling to help young patients make healthy choices. The front desk is staffed by teenagers and provides care for patients up to 20 years old.

Clinics are walk-in, but you can also call for a free confidential appointment with one of our Teen Clinic providers. Clinics offer: Birth control, Education about patient rights, Pregnancy testing and counseling, and diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections.
