1st Grade Overview

First grade students will learn to change font sizes, styles, and colors as well as learn how insert, size, and position clipart/images, and print documents. Students will also explore their creativity with the art programs on computers and tablets. Students will also learn basic coding concepts such as: algorithm (step by step process), command, and loops. They will also apply these concepts using a robot mouse to learn problem solving skills. Students will also learn the importance of staying safe on the internet by not sharing any personal information.
