Alohah mai kākou!
As an alumna of Kamehameha Schools Hawai‘i, it is a privilege to return to my alma mater to support other alumni in achieving their postsecondary goals. Following my graduation from Kamehameha Schools in 2007, I enrolled in the University of Hawai‘i Mānoa (UHM) where I earned Bachelors degrees in Hawaiian Studies and English, along with a minor in Business Administration. As an undergraduate, I was fortunate to participate in a study abroad in England, and an international exchange in Aotearoa. I enjoyed my time at UHM so much that I later earned my Master’s in Educational Administration with a focus in Higher Education. Currently, I am a PhD candidate in Florida State University’s Educational Psychology program.
While pursuing my graduate degrees, I worked in higher education holding roles such as Graduate and Teaching Assistant, Instructional Designer, Director of an online undergraduate program, and Assistant Provost for Academic Outreach. I returned to Hilo in 2025 so that my keiki could grow up with their grandparents, and am honored to now serve in a position where I can help alumni navigate college and professional pursuits! I mua Kamehameha!
Me ka ha‘aha‘a,
