Awaiāulu ke aloha kākou a pau!
My name is Malu Dudoit, and I am one of the Higher Education Transition Specialists. I graduated from Kamehameha Schools ʻAʻapueo (Maui Campus) in 2011 and continued my academic journey in higher education at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo (UHH), where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Hawaiian Studies. Upon completion of my undergraduate degree in 2016, I began my professional career in higher education at UHH. There, I worked in various roles facilitating community engagement, cultural engagement, professional development, Hawaiʻi-based curriculum development opportunities for faculty, staff, and students, and lecturing in the Ka Haka ʻUla O Keʻelikōlani Hawaiian Studies Department. It is an honor to be part of the Kamehameha Schools ʻohana and to give back to the community that has prepared me to succeed. I look forward to supporting our haumāna as they navigate their first years beyond Kamehameha Schools pursuing academic endeavors and professional career pathways!
