We are thrilled to introduce the Maui Strong Fellowship, an initiative to engage UHMC students and Maui residents in areas critical to Maui’s long-term care and post-fire recovery.
This fellowship, funded by the Maui Strong Fund of the Hawaiʻi Community Foundation, provides up to $10,000 per year for participants to contribute meaningful, impactful work.
Hulihia fellows will play a crucial role in the long-term revitalization of Lahaina through dedicated research support and innovative project development. Their work will be instrumental in promoting sustainable development and conducting holistic systems analysis to enhance the resilience of our communities.
