Influenced by my love of the natural world and the emotional resonance I feel toward other living beings (including the billions of microorganisms that reside within us all) I create artwork that highlights the inter connective webbing of life. I am drawn to the simple structures that repeat throughout the world, and I aim to emphasize and teach these patterns through my work.

In my portraits, I dive into empathizing with those I paint, allowing the process to become a reflection of my own experiences with the individual sitting before me. My art becomes a shared moment, shaped by both our presences and the stories we hold.
