Conditioning: 8/21, 8/28, 9/4, 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30 (Mondays, 5-5:30 PM)
Mental Training: 8/16, 8/30, 9/13, 9/27, 10/11 (Wednesdays, 5-5:30 PM), 10/25, 11/1 (Wednesdays, 5:30-6:00 PM)
Mobility/Flexibility Training: 8/23, 9/6, 9/20, 10/4, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1 (Wednesdays, 5-5:30 PM)
Practices
JV2 Gold: Monday-Friday 3-5 PM
JV2 Blue: Monday-Friday 3-5 PM
JV: Mon-Thur 5:30 - 7:30 / 8:30 PM, Friday 3-5 PM
Varsity: Mon-Thur 5:30 - 7:30 / 8:30 PM, Friday 3-5 PM (Thursday, 8/17 - Wednesday, 8/30 6-8 AM)
