To be eligible to tryout you must have completed the following forms:
1) Concussion Form - online through Infinite Campus
2) Code of Conduct - online through Infinite Campus
3) Physical Form if your physical is due (signed copy to the athletic office)
OR
4) Alternate Year Physical Form (signed copy to the athletic office)
