T-TESS & Technology

Teachers: it’s important that you know that technology is written in as supporting instruction on the T-TESS evaluation system.

It is no longer just “fluff” or something only “techie” people do. Not only is technology a necessity in today’s world and job market, it’s what connects our students to THE WORLD! Integrating technology resourcefully, responsibly, and creatively will not only engage our students, but will allow us to personalize their learning. Plus, the integration of technology is required in order to obtain "proficient" in T-TESS evaluations on planning and instruction domains. Check out the T-TESS rubrics below.

With all of this in mind, you can never go wrong with sticking to the "SAMR" model of technology in the classroom.
