Subject Requirements

Students in Sixth Form are set up for success, aiming to stretch your potential and achieve the best grades possible, providing you with the best opportunities to gain entry into top universities.

Understanding that the GCE A-Level is a rigorous curriculum that builds upon student's understanding in GCSE and IGCSE and would challenge you beyond what you have experienced thus far, we have set a subject requirement for each subject at A-Level. The intake requirements take into account your aptitude, understanding, skills and knowledge in specific subjects at GCSE/ IGCSE that would best allow you to access the curriculum at the standards of the A-Level. 

It is important for you to obtain the prerequisite IGCSE grades to study, manage and excel in your selected A-Level subjects. Students who do not meet a particular subject requirement would need to select a different subject or another pathway. 

Without compromising the maximum capacity of a class, final offer of subject options is dependent on the availability of places in a standard class size.
