Types of Vehicles
The Windward District CTE Minivan or small bus may be requested for student and teacher activities
(i.e. field trips, student internships, teacher externships)
Minivan - 1 each
Minivan - 1 each
No more than 8 Passengers, including driver. The school must provide the driver, which must be a current DOE employee approved by the school Principal. The minivan must be picked up and dropped off the same day at the Windward District Office.
Ford School Bus - 1 each
Ford School Bus - 1 each
No more than 14 Passengers. Windward CTE will provide the certified driver if available.

Please submit the request form below at least 2 weeks prior to desired date of usage. Please note that you can submit requests at any point, but we can only confirm requests 3 months in advance. Make a copy of this Google Sheet. Fill out one form for each date requested. Please fill out the necessary information below, print, obtain Principal's signature.

At this time this service is offered at no cost to the schools. All cost will be covered by grants obtained by Windward CTE.
