CCA

Dear Parents and guardians,

We are delighted to inform you about KISU's Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) program, which runs throughout the year. The program is divided into three seasons, and registration is required for each season. A variety of CCAs will be offered for Early Years, Primary, and Secondary students, allowing parents to select the most suitable activities for their children.

Timings for CCAs:

• Early Years: 12:30 PM - 1:20 PM

• Primary School: 3:15 PM - 4:15 PM

• Secondary School: 3:20 PM - 4:20 PM

Please note that some CCAs are offered at no cost, while others may involve a fee. Additionally, some activities will be led by our teachers, while others will be conducted by external coaches.

Important Dates for the Upcoming CCA Seasons:

• Season 1: 9th September 2024 - 23rd November 2024

• Season 2: 2nd December 2024 - 8th March 2025

• Season 3: 17th March 2025 - 7th June 2025

Please encourage your children to sign up for these CCAs, as we recommend that they participate in at least three activities either CCA or sports per week. This is beneficial for their social and emotional development.

Additionally, if your child does not have a CCA to attend after school, we ask that they be picked up promptly. We do not encourage students to remain on campus unsupervised after school hours.

Payments - Please ensure that all payments for coaches are cleared by the second week after CCAs begin. Students will not be allowed to attend CCAs if payments have not been made.

For your information, we still have some outstanding payments from the last academic year, and this has understandably caused dissatisfaction among the coaches. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
