The mission and vision of the KISJ Boarding Program is:

“To support the KISJ mission by providing a safe, inclusive dorm environment where students experience adventure and are challenged socially, academically, and physically"

Our goals are:

- To develop a comprehensive Dorm Student Support Plan that will result in enhanced well-being, learning and academic achievement

- To ensure positive and respectful student relationships are focused on learning and a restorative approach to student conduct expectations

- To foster student self-efficacy, independence and leadership as members of the KISJ dorm community

- To increase understanding, participation and appreciation of our outstanding KISJ dorm programs through efficient and effective communication   

KISJ Boarding 프로그램의 임무와 비전은:

“학생들이 사회적·학문적·신체적으로 도전하며 모험을 경험할 수 있는 안전하고 포용적인 기숙사 환경을 제공함으로써 KISJ의 사명을 지원한다.”

우리의 목표는: 

-학생들의 웰빙, 학습 및 학업 성취 향상으로 이어지는 종합적인 기숙사 학생 지원 계획을 개발한다.

-학습에 집중하고 학생 생활 규범에 대해 회복적 접근(restorative approach) 을 기반으로 하는 긍정적이고 존중하는 학생 관계를 보장한다.

-KISJ 기숙사 공동체의 일원으로서 학생들의 자기효능감, 자율성, 리더십을 기른다.

-효율적이고 효과적인 소통을 통해 기숙사 프로그램에 대한 이해, 참여 및 감사의 마음을 높인다.
