The KISJ 2025-2026 school year is well underway and the dorm students are all settled in and starting to get used to their new routines. The Deans and dorm staff look forward to a great year full of fun, activities and memory making moments. There are a lot of exciting new changes this year in the dorms so be sure to keep an eye on this space for updates.

KISJ 2025-2026 학년도 기숙사 생활이 시작되었고, 기숙사 학생들은 모두 새로운 일상에 잘 적응해 가고 있습니다. 총사감 및 부총사감 선생님들과 기숙사 사감 선생님들은 즐거운 활동과 추억 가득한 한 해가 되기를 기대하고 있습니다. 올해 기숙사에는 많은 흥미로운 변화들이 있으니, 이 공간을 자주 확인해 주세요!

Daily Dorm schedules

As we start a new school year, many parents may be curious about their child's daily dorm schedule for weekdays and weekends. Below you will find the basic schedule for both middle school and high school dorm students. Please note that schedules may change slightly due to special events or activities.

The Academic Lab

This year, Ms. Watson is the Academic Specialist and coordinator of the Academic Lab. She has created a warm and inviting space for students to study, work on group projects or simply hangout and relax. Additionally, the Academic Lab serves as space for special events. We hope students enjoy this cozy, multi-purpose space with their dorm mates.

올해는 Ms. Watson 선생님이 학업 전문가이자 아카데믹 랩 코디네이터로 활동하십니다. 선생님은 학생들이 공부하고, 그룹 프로젝트를 하거나 편안하게 쉬며 시간을 보낼 수 있는 따뜻하고 아늑한 공간을 만들었습니다. 또한, 아카데믹 랩은 특별 행사 공간으로도 활용됩니다. 학생들이 기숙사 친구들과 함께 다목적 공간을 편안하게 잘 활용하길 바랍니다.

House Whiteboards

KISJ dorm students are very busy and it may be difficult to keep up with dorm information. All dorm buildings/houses have whiteboards that serve as a central location where students can find important information such as upcoming events, calendars, staff schedules, check-in reminders, daily schedules, house dinner information and the emergency number. Students should be sure to always check the whiteboard on their floor to stay up-to-date.

KISJ 기숙사 학생들은 바쁜 일과로 인해 기숙사 관련 정보를 놓치기 쉬울 수 있습니다. 모든 기숙사 건물과 하우스에는 다가오는 행사, 달력, 사감 근무 일정, 체크인 알림, 일일 일정, 하우스 저녁 식사 정보, 비상 연락처 등 중요한 정보를 확인할 수 있는 화이트보드가 설치되어 있습니다. 학생들은 항상 자신이 생활하고 있는 층의 화이트보드를 꼭 확인하여 최신 정보를 놓치지 않도록 해야 합니다.

Daily Life in the Dorms

What do students do everyday in the dorms? Well, a lot! They study, they eat together, they play music or sing karaoke, they do art and so much more! The dorm staff are always planning fun activities for students to get involved in. When students simply wish to rest, they can do so in their comfortable rooms or spend time in the bright and welcoming lounges.

학생들은 기숙사에서 매일 무엇을 할까요? 정말 많은 일들을 합니다! 공부도 하고, 함께 식사도 하며, 음악을 연주하거나 노래방을 즐기기도 하고, 미술 활동 등 다양한 활동을 합니다. 기숙사 사감 선생님들은 학생들이 참여할 수 있는 재미있는 활동들을 항상 계획하고 있습니다. 학생들이 단순히 휴식을 원할 때는 편안한 자신의 방에서 쉬거나 밝고 아늑한 라운지에서 시간을 보낼 수 있습니다.
