The holiday season is one of the best in the dorms. As the weather gets colder, dorm staff create activities in a warm, cozy environment that helps students build bonds and create memories. In November and December, dorm students participated in activities such as a movie trip to see Zootopia and a trip to Snoopy Garden, house dinners, and cookie baking/decorating. A holiday cafe was set up for HS students to enjoy hot chocolate in a cozy study space during exam week. Students unwrapped a large ball of snacks as part of the "Lump of Coal" Dormlypics competition and there were also fun holiday trivia events that tested their knowledge of holiday traditions around the world.
As semester 1 comes to a close, we wish our students and their families well and we hope they have a wonderful winter break!
연말 시즌은 기숙사 생활 중에서도 가장 즐거운 시기 중 하나 입니다. 날씨가 추워질수록 기숙사 사감 선생님들은 따뜻하고 아늑한 환경 속에서 학생들이 유대감을 쌓고 소중한 추억을 만들 수 있도록 다양한 활동을 마련합니다. 11월과 12월 동안 기숙사 학생들은 영화 주토피아 관람, 스누피 가든 방문, 저녁 외식, 쿠키 굽기 및 꾸미기 등의 활동에 참여했습니다. 또한 시험 기간 동안 고등학생들을 위해 따뜻한 코코아를 즐길 수 있는 홀리데이 카페를 마련하여, 아늑한 분위기의 학습 공간을 제공했습니다. 학생들은 Lump of Coal, Dormlypics 대회의 일환으로 커다란 공을 풀어보는 활동을 했고, 전 세계의 다양한 명절 전통에 대한 지식을 겨루는 재미있는 퀴즈 이벤트에도 참여했습니다.
1학기가 마무리되는 시점에, 학생들과 가족 모두에게 따뜻한 인사를 전하며 즐겁고 행복한 겨울 방학을 보내시길 바랍니다!
