After School Tutoring is available Monday through Thursday unless otherwise stated, from 3:00-4:30 pm in Room 120. Students do not need to sign up ahead of time. Attendance is taken daily, so you can easily confirm when your student is staying for after school tutoring. Truman students and staff help during this time and are available for assistance. Morning Math Tutoring is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:00a.m. in Mrs. Vorkink's classroom, room 120. Enter by knocking on the outside door on the west side of the building. Look for the bright yellow sign.
School Counseling Referral Form
Please use the following Google Form to submit a referral for the School Counselors. As a general rule, Mrs. Buckallew is the counselor for students with last names beginning with A-K, Mrs. Mendez has last names L-Z, Mrs. Fraser is the counselor for students with academic alternative classes as well as any student with a 3 hour block class at KATC.
Missouri Work Certificates are required for children 14 to 15 years of age before they start employment at any job (other than in the entertainment industry) during the school year. Work certificates are required regardless of where a child attends school (public school, private school, charter school, home school). Forms are available by using the following link.
